We sell officially licensed collectibles purchased from authorized distributors. Product photos are for reference; packaging may vary slightly. Factory boxes may show minor wear from manufacturing or transit and are not guaranteed to be in mint condition unless stated in the listing. Blind boxes and mystery items are sold sealed; contents are random and specific figures or chase variants are not guaranteed.

4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Purchase Limits
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that exceed per-customer limits.

6. Pre-orders
Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays.

7. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your full card information.

8. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
Shipping, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. All sales are final.

9. Trademarks
All character names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners. Meridian Collectibles is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer or licensor unless stated.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
